We are launching an initiative called Phones4Pratham and would like to invite you to get involved!
This drive allows us to leverage the Mobile and Blackberry recycling schemes to raise funds for Pratham. We are hoping to raise a substantial amount of funding through this initiative and urge you to identify any such devices currently in your ownership, and also spread the word to family, friends & colleagues – for your convenience, we have included a draft email template you may wish to use when reaching out to the people in your world. Here's how it works:
1. Rummage through your cupboards and shelves at home and work and find any unwanted mobiles (any condition, as long as it's intact)
2. Reach out to your contacts to collect any phones which are no longer in use.
3. Email us to arrange collection - phones4pratham@pratham.org.uk
We start collection as of now and will wrap up on Friday 27th August 2010
